2. Service Enquiries

You may contact us through our website, WhatsApp, email, telephone or other approved communication channels.

Submitting an enquiry or quotation request does not automatically create a binding service engagement.

Before work begins, we may review:

  • The service required

  • Scope of work

  • Information and documents required

  • Expected deliverables

  • Timeline

  • Cost

  • Revision arrangements where applicable

  • Other relevant conditions

An engagement begins when the applicable scope, quotation and commencement requirements have been agreed.

3. Quotations

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are prepared based on the information available when the quotation is issued.

A quotation may be revised where:

  • The scope changes

  • Additional deliverables are requested

  • New requirements are introduced

  • Information originally provided was incomplete or inaccurate

  • The required timeline changes materially

  • Additional third-party costs arise with the client’s approval

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Where no validity period is stated, OmegaPi Consulting may confirm whether the quotation remains valid before an engagement begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and relevant information necessary to perform the requested service.

You should:

  • Provide information within agreed timelines

  • Review important factual details before finalisation

  • Ensure you have permission to provide documents belonging to third parties

  • Inform us promptly of material changes

  • Avoid providing false or misleading information

  • Use completed deliverables lawfully and appropriately

OmegaPi Consulting is not responsible for problems caused by materially inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by a client.

5. Payments

Applicable payment terms will be communicated during quotation or engagement.

Payment may be required:

  • In full before commencement;

  • As a deposit with a balance due later; or

  • According to another agreed payment schedule.

The applicable arrangement will depend on the nature and scope of the service.

Where third-party charges are required, such charges should be identified where reasonably possible.

OmegaPi Consulting will not deliberately present government, regulatory or third-party charges as its own official fees.

6. Commencement of Work

Work normally begins after applicable commencement requirements have been satisfied, which may include:

  • Acceptance of the quotation

  • Payment of an agreed deposit or fee

  • Receipt of required documents or information

  • Confirmation of the agreed scope

Estimated delivery periods begin from the appropriate commencement point communicated for the engagement.

7. Delivery Timelines

Any delivery date or timeframe provided will be based on the scope and information available at the time.

Timelines may be affected by:

  • Changes in scope

  • Third-party processing

  • Regulatory processing

  • Technical issues outside our reasonable control

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Where a significant delay becomes known, we aim to communicate appropriately with the client.

8. Revisions and Corrections

Where revisions are included in an engagement, they apply to reasonable corrections or adjustments within the agreed scope.

A revision does not normally include:

  • A completely new concept

  • A different service

  • Substantial new content

  • A major change in direction

  • New requirements introduced after substantial work has been completed

Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation.

The specific revision allowance, where applicable, should be communicated before or during the engagement.

Where a draft is provided for review, the client is responsible for checking relevant factual information before final approval.

This may include:

  • Names
